And finally, please explain how you would deal with the following situations:

1) A player is walljumping on fueldump on N!tmod Frag Server
I will keep Warning and if i will have command like kick , i will just use it
2) Two players are rifle-nading each other on Trickjump
I will tell to stop , warning and then kick.
3) An admin has just kicked a player for 'being a noob'

You should choose server, every server need members so it's up to you.
