After you feel like you've mastered them, ask one of the higher admins to spec you, and show them you're skills.

you're already an admin, so you don't really need to do them, but you can try and do them anyways

Pretty sure this covers:
Level 0 - No challenge required to acquire this level Level 1 - Complete any jump of your choice on any map (DINIJUMPS_B2) Level 2 - Complete a jump using adrenaline only once (DON'T EVEN USE ONE!) Level 3 - Complete an ice gamma of your choice (HAS ICE ) Level 4 - Complete an obstacle course that isnt a normal gamma (such as sliding down ice etc.) (NOT DONE YET) Level 5 - In an objective map, complete one trickjump objective (??? I REACHED THE END) Level 6 - On Mr.Men Gamma, complete all the first 5 jumps (THIS IS SLIGHTLY HARDER?) Level 7 - Complete all jumps on Antartica (LOL?) Level 8 - Complete a jump of your choice backwards! (I CAN DO THIS ON TJMOD LIKE A BOSS) Level 9 - Complete challenges for Level 3 and Level 4 backwards! (IZI MENG) Level 10 - Complete all jumps on Mr.Men Gamma backwards! (LOL?)
