Your reason for wishing to join clan: Seems nice, and FL was a good clan, and now I hope it can be good again.
What benefits can you bring to the clan: Server configs, level db, settings with jaymod servers, recruits, good admins.
Which admin(if any) directed you here: Really LsBD did, was my supreme assistant in my previous clan

And finally, please explain how you would deal with the following situations:

1) A player is walljumping on fueldump on N!tmod Frag Server
Warn them, and than if it happens again, they will be kicked.

2) Two players are rifle-nading each other on Trickjump
Warn them, than kick them both out if they still are causing problems.

3) An admin has just kicked a player for 'being a noob'
I would tell the admin that this is no reason to kick a person, and you should be demoted your lvl, for kicing someone cause they are a noob.

If by any frag server you mean nitmod that is, since as its the only frag server

You get Trial Admin for 2 weeks, after this you are auto-promoted to official admin if no problems.

I was saying what I would do, but In FL clan, I would not care if they walljumped xD.

Divo, don't leave and create another clan like you have done in the past. Just saying.
