The Management Team + Full Admin Ranks

Ok, after much discussion we have decided how the admin structure of the clan will be.

The highest in the clan, will be known as Management. These admins will be in the Management Team and all be of equal rank, they are assigned specific servers to manage, but generally help all servers. So for example, LSBD is leader of TJ, but also management team so helps with other servers too, although his main focus is TJ. All those in the Management Team are equal.

Owners donate to the clan regularlly, and play a huge roll in the development of the clan. Each owner initially goes through a trial period. This is not the same as the trial period for admins, with owners, they get all commands etc. etc., but go through a trial period before they get /rcon. The length of the trial is at the management team's discretion.

Now for the rest of the clan. Here is the current admin system, from bottom to top:

Trial Admin
All new recruits get this admin for two weeks (starting from date of application acceptance). It has very limited commands and although wearing tags, admins are not official at this stage. After two weeks, if there have been no problems, the admin is automatically promoted to the next stage.

Frontline Admin
Now an official frontline admin. This will be the most common admin rank. Has all neccesary commands, admin's role is to help players and maintain the general order of the server.

Senior Admin
Promotion to this rank will be rare. This is for the highly trusted, mature and responsible admins. These admins oversee the performance of all other admins, especially trial admins. Promotion to this rank is decided by Assistant Leader, and the Management Team's discussion. An admin cannot be promoted to this rank in less than 2 months (from date of application acceptance).

Assistant Leader
Acts as a co-leader of the server, anti-admin abuse and recruiter. Main role is to oversee performance of all other admins, join in with discussions about who should get senior admin, assist senior admin in overseeing performance of lower admins, and advise and assist the server leader.
Note: All admins can direct players to the application section on forums, this is part of generally helping, its just the assistant leader's main role to !setlevel etc., and main focus. An assistant leader also approves/denies applications, oversees trial admins and sets trial periods, as well as handling the rosters for their specific server

Server Leader - Management
This is the main guy in the server. This position is taken up by management. Each management team admin has chosen a specific server to focus on, upon doing so, this will be their rank. As well as generally managing the clan, server leader will specifically focus on their server.
